Hoe ziet een Agile Release Train (ART) er eigenlijk uit, en wat is een ART als je het hebt over SAFe? De stappen die wij in deze blog beschrijven vertellen je wat een Agile Release Train is en wat er nodig is om een ART op stoom te brengen.

Een ART bestaat uit 50-125 personen ofwel 5 tot 10 teams die gezamenlijk werken aan het leveren van deelproducten. Het zijn zelforganiserende, multidisciplinaire teams. De teams plannen, organiseren en integreren het werk met elkaar. Er zijn verschillende SAFe meetings waarin de teams het werk met elkaar organiseren.

On the other hand, a release is a broader milestone that delivers a collection of completed features to end-users, often encompassing multiple sprints and aligning with larger product goals or customer needs. While sprints focus on iterative development and team-level progress, releases represent significant, customer-facing deliverables that provide tangible value to users.
